1. General Terms & Conditions

33mbw (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered by 33mbw — including casino games, Sports Betting, bingo, live games, and any other services provided on the Platform.

2. Account Register

To register an account on 33mbw, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed.
• Members of the same household may operate separate accounts from the same device or IP address, provided each person's identity is verified individually.
• You will need to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and address at the time of registration.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. 33mbw will not be held liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password with others.
• Withdrawal options may be limited if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.

3. Age Verification

33mbw is an adults-only platform. Participation by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. 33mbw reserves the right to verify a member's age at any time.

• A National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate may be required for age verification.
• Your account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
• If a user is found to be a minor, their account will be closed and any deposited funds will be returned; however, no bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits on 33mbw can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 10, and the maximum is subject to specified limits.
• You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within a few minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• 33mbw does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, 33mbw reserves the right to withhold payment and conduct an investigation.

5. Withdrawal Rules

Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before withdrawals can be processed on 33mbw. Unverified accounts are not eligible to withdraw.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn after they have been wagered at least once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering conditions must be met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

7. Betting Rules

All forms of betting on 33mbw — Sports Betting, casino games, live games, and bingo — are conducted in accordance with specific rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, 33mbw reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Winnings from sports events are credited to your account only after the result is confirmed.
• If bets are placed from multiple accounts on the same event, all such bets will be voided.
• The minimum bet amount is BDT 10, and the maximum varies by game.
• 33mbw is not responsible for disconnections during live betting.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33mbw platform. Violations may result in account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

• Use of bots, automation software, or any other form of technical manipulation.
• Processing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Conducting any harmful activity targeting 33mbw's systems or network.
• Placing opposing bets across different accounts on the same event to secure risk-free profit (Arbitrage Betting).

9. Account Closure & Suspension

33mbw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
• Orders issued by a court or regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (Self-Exclusion).

Upon account closure, any verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to a rules violation.

10. Limitation of Liability

33mbw accepts no liability for the following.

• A game or bet being interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection.
• Loss of session due to a problem with your device.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Service downtime caused by unexpected technical failures.

33mbw always strives to maintain maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
